RIPE 82 Dinner

We’re days away from Eurovision 2021 and what better way to celebrate than to showcase RIPE 82’s hidden talents, do some karaoke while sipping some well prepared cocktails!

Here is what we have planned for you.

When: 18:30–19:00 (UTC+2)
Where: SpatialChat Room: The Stage

We start the evening with a cocktail masterclass! Our pro bartender Elroy will show you how to make a couple of cocktails so you’re ready for the talent show.

Make sure you’ve got all the ingredients before Thursday evening – see below.

Shaken, not stirred ;)

• 2 parts bourbon, whiskey or whisky
• 1 part lemon juice
• ½ part sugar syrup
• ½ part egg white
• Ice cubes
• To garnish with a slice of orange

1. Put the ice cubes and all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid
2. Strain the mix into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the orange slice

404 Not Found (virgin cocktail)

• 2 parts Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
• 1 part lemon juice
• ½ part sugar syrup
• ½ part egg white
• Ice cubes
• To garnish with a slice of orange

Please send a short description of your talent together with a video (one minute maximum) at meeting [at] ripe [dot] net which will be shown and judged during the dinner by The Judgementallists, our very special RIPE 82 jury.

Our karaoke session starts after the talent contest, sing your heart out to a good power ballad or sit back and listen to the music!
